Introducing The Warehouses

We couldn’t be more excited to introduce our latest project, The Warehouses. Located in the heart of Currumbin’s industrial estate, The Warehouses is a thoughtfully designed warehouse precinct offering both office and warehouse space for local, like-minded businesses. Designed by award-winning Architect, Jared Webb, the brains behind Cornerstone Stores, with construction by HNKN builders, The Warehouses will pay homage to the building’s industrial past - repurposing its raw foundations and heritage features, from exposed trusses, to the clerestory roof, and fusing them with modern details, like refined concrete and abundant greenery. 

A one-of-a-kind development, we are passionate about supporting our tenants by curating a luxurious and highly sought after working precinct that is thoughtfully designed and well-kept. The Warehouses is a space where our tenants can take pride in their working environment, and feel motivated and inspired each day. 

All tenants will be carefully chosen to ensure that we create a welcoming and like-minded community. The aim is to provide a relaxed, yet professional business and work environment with consciously designed details and amenities, including beautiful, natural light, high ceilings, and shared lunch and meeting spaces. 

Like every Cornerstone project, The Warehouses is sustainability focused in order to minimize our footprint and protect our environment. Thus we have chosen to repurpose a variety of building materials, use green electricity and on-site water storage, thermal quality building products and internal green landscaping.
